I established Ontology of Value®, a company that helps professionals with a growth mindset in self-navigating in the job market and assists businesses in building synergistic, happy teams. I am also the Founder, Director & Chairperson @ Stichting Solaris Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling, a foundation helping researchers in developing careers in academia and beyond, and supporting Open Science.
I obtained my PhD in Computational Neuroscience from the Donders Graduate School, Radboud University Nijmegen, Nijmegen, the Netherlands (2020). Today, I use my research background to develop novel tools helping people develop their dream careers.
